V. spol. with. r. o., Dlhá 2065/2A, 900 31 Stupava, IČO: 17643589, (hereinafter referred to as the "operator") as an operator obtains and processes the personal data of the persons concerned, to whom it hereby provides information in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR") and with regard to Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and Amendments to Certain Acts ("ZOOÚ").

Analytical and marketing cookies - on our website, analytical and marketing cookies are only triggered by third-party products, specifically by an embedded Google Map. The legal basis of their processing l. 6 par. 1 letter a) Regulations - consent of the person concerned. Category of affected persons - website visitors. Address: Google Ireland Limited Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Maps stores cookies with the following designation: SID, SAPISID, APISID, SSID, HSID, NID, PREF.

To which countries do we transfer your personal data? By default, we do not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU. However, some of the aforementioned recipients of personal data may be based or their servers may be located in the United States of America (USA) - Google Maps.
