U3 - two-story apartments

Apartment house U3 offers accommodation in three two-storey apartments, suitable for accommodation of 8-9 people. The apartments provide visitors with sufficient privacy thanks to a separate entrance to each apartment from the outside.

Only the entire apartment is rented.

The apartment is equipped with quality custom-made furniture.

The apartment has two floors.

Ground floor:

• entrance hall with shoe rack,
• kitchen with kitchen unit (fridge, hob, oven),
• table with 4 chairs,
• curtain,
• bathroom facilities (toilet, sink).

1st floor:

• 3 bedrooms for 8 people (8x bed, wardrobe, bedside table, curtain),
• bathroom (toilet, bathtub, sink),
• air condition.

Other services are also provided within the accommodation, namely:

• free parking for accommodated guests in a closed area,
• quality and reliable wifi,
• daily room cleaning, 
• for long-term accommodation, bed linen is changed every two weeks,
• a washing machine with a dryer is available by agreement.

Check in after 2 p.m.. respectively flexible by agreement.
